Spotless Homes provides residential and office cleaning services focused on move-in and move-out cleaning, including empty-property deep cleaning and agreed kitchen and appliance cleaning. The scope of each visit is confirmed after an inquiry, property review, and access confirmation, and may depend on the condition and size of the property.
Quotes are prepared on a custom basis after the property scope and condition are reviewed. A deposit may be requested before the appointment is confirmed, and accepted payment methods may include bank transfer, card, or cash on site, as communicated for the booking.
The customer must provide accurate information, reasonable access, and a property that is ready for the agreed cleaning visit. Any checklist, photos, or notes provided before the visit may be used to confirm the scope, but they do not replace the final on-site review of the property condition.
